Skyper

he Skyper high-rise is located in the middle of a group of buildings that is unique for Frankfurt. A 9-metre high connection hall provides access to a building dating from the year 1915, the former villa of the Holzmann Company, which is a historical landmark. On the opposite side a new 6-storey residential and commercial building is also connected. Shops and restaurants on the ground floor are meant to make the combination of working and living even more attractive.
