More and more people switch to riding a bike as the environmentally friendly way of getting around. The city contributes to that need by installing new cycle paths, coloring them or using separation pillars to make the ride even safer. Frankfurts municipal administration runs its own cycling office, that works on making the city more bike-friendly and encouraging citizens to use the bike more often.
