Our pre-natal classes offer information about physical and psychological changes, the phases of the birth process, birthing postures, relaxation and breathing exercises, massages exercises, the postpartum period, breastfeeding and much more. All your questions about pregnancy, birth and life with a baby are addressed. There is also time for sharing with other course participants. The course is also suitable if you are expecting a c-section.
