What do we advise you on?

We provide information and advice on all issues related to residential tenancy law.

This includes, for example, the following topics

What are the requirements for our advisory service?

• You live in Frankfurt am Main.
• You earn no more than EUR 2,150 per month. Plus EUR 650 for each additional person living in your household.

In which cases can we not advise you?

• You are represented by a lawyer.
• You are in a tenants’ protection association (“Mieterschutzverein”).

How much does the counselling cost?

The advisory service is free of charge.

What do you need to bring to the appointment?

• Your rental contract
• The document informing about the rent increase
• The statement of operating costs
• The notice of termination
