How can you reach us?
You can reach the staff of the Housing Office by phone, e-mail, fax or mail/letterbox. The contact details and telephone consultation hours can be found on the webpage of the respective service or on this webpageInternal Link (German only).
How can you make an appointment for a personal consultation?
You can make an appointment for a personal consultation by telephone or by e-mail. We will first check whether your concerns can be answered during a visit or by other means.
Where can I find applications, forms and information?
You can obtain applications, forms and information material at the reception desk. You can also find all applications, forms and information on the Office's websiteInternal Link (German only) or on the webpage of the respective service.
Where can you hand in applications and documents?
You can drop off important documents in the Office's letterbox. You will find the letterbox IN FRONT of the main entrance on the left-hand side. During the building's opening hours, you can hand in applications and documents at the reception area. Please use an envelope and write down the responsible office.
Please note:
- Counselling is provided in German. If you feel like your German is not good enough, please remember to have an interpreter by your side who can assist you during counselling.
- In order to process your request, it may be necessary for us to obtain documents from you that contain personal data. We would like to point out that regular, unencrypted e-mails do not provide a secure transmission channel for personal data. Please bear this in mind when you send us your documents and papers. Secure means of transmission are postal mailing or dropping them off at the Housing Office ("Amt für Wohnungswesen", Adickesallee 67/69, 60322 Frankfurt am Main).
