Citizens' Office Nordwest

The Citizens' Office Nordwest ("Bürgeramt Nordwest") is responsible for all Frankfurt districts.

Payments can be made in cash or by card (girocard/debit card).

You will find the Citizens’ Office Nordwest on the upper floor of the “Nordwestzentrum” between the public library and the Titustherme. There are signs from the public library onwards.

The Citizens’ Office Nordwest can be reached by public transport as follows:

Underground lines: U1 and U9 (get off at the underground station “Nordwestzentrum”)

Bus lines: 29, 60, 71, 72, 73 and 251 (get off at the bus stop “Nordwestzentrum”)
