At the location Kleyerstraße 86 you can find the Head of Office and the Press and Public Relations staff unit, the Office Administration of the Public Order Office with the Personnel department, Finance, Logistics, Information and Communication Technology and Lost-property Office, as well as  the Regulatory Affairs and Administrative Offences department with the General and Acute Hazard Prevention departments, the Fines Office (administrative offences), the department for Commercial Matters and Commercial Registers, the Events Service Centre and the Assembly Authority, the Municipal Police and the Veterinary Authority, which is responsible for food monitoring, animal protection and animal diseases.

The building has one main entrance as well as a separate entrance at Rebstöcker Straße 4, which however is used exclusively by the Frankfurt Immigration Office (FIO). As of 1 July 2024 the FIO was spun off and now operates independently.

The service centre “All About Cars” ("Rund ums Auto"), short RuA, is located at Römerhof 19. Here you can also find the Vehicle Registration Office and the Driving Licence Office. It also handles taxi and hire car licences.

There are uniform service hours for telephone availability at both locations.
