This is the aim of the Public Order Office (“Ordnungsamt”), which is
divided into two service buildings. The areas of Vehicle Registration, Driving
Licence Office with taxi matters and the area of Residents’ Parking are located at the service centre
“All About Cars” ("Rund ums Auto"), Am Römerhof 19, all other specialist departments are located at Kleyerstraße 86.
Please note the different opening hours.
- Some of the largest citizen service areas of the City’s Administration belong to the Public Order Office – for example, the Registration Office (“Zulassungsstelle”) and the Foreigners‘ Registration Office (“Ausländerbehörde”). We are your municipal service provider in matters of “security and order”.
