Citizens' Office Frankfurt
The Citizens' Office ("Bürgeramt") of the City of Frankfurt am Main is your point of contact for a wide range of official services. For example, with us you can register your flat in Frankfurt am Main, apply for identity documents, have documents officially notarised or deregister from a church. You can take care of your request at any of our eleven locations. On Mondays and Wednesdays, you can visit our Citizens' Offices without making an appointment. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays you need an appointment. Visits to the Branch Offices Fechenheim, Harheim, Kalbach and Nieder-Erlenbach are only possible by appointment.
