Vaccination Centre Frankfurt in the Festhalle at Frankfurt Messe

The Vaccination Centre Frankfurt is located in the Festhalle at the Frankfurt Fair’s exhibition grounds in Frankfurt.

General Information

People in priority group 2 (high priority) can now register for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus vaccination.

 

Priority group 2 mainly includes:

  • people aged 70 to 79
  • people who have a very high or high risk of a severe or fatal disease progression in the event of an infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, e.g. persons with trisomy 21, dementia sufferers, transplant patients
  • doctors, numerous nursing professions and also police officers with a particular risk of infection
  • certain contact people
  • people working in daycare facilities for children, in primary schools or schools for children with special needs

Persons in priority group 2 are asked to register.

This can be done:

Anyone who registers will automatically receive two appointments allocated according to prioritisation list by post or by e-mail. If the proposed appointment is not suitable or a couple's appointment is preferred, it is possible to rebook at any time online or by telephone every day between 8 am and 8 pm.

 

 

Since 19 January 2021, people with the highest priority (group 1) have been vaccinated against COVID-19 at the Vaccination Centre Frankfurt.

People with the highest priority (group 1) can still register for an appointment. Appointments for this group are also allocated as described above.

Access

Access for pedestrians and people arriving by public transport:

  • Entrance “City” (Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage: within sight if coming from the railway stations)

 

For persons with restricted mobility arriving by car, parking is available in parking area P1. Access to the exhibition grounds is possible either via:

  • Tor Ost (Gate East) on Brüsseler Straße or
  • Tor Nord (Gate North) on Theodor-Heuss-Allee (Katharinenkreisel: follow signs)

 

At both gates, the vaccination authorisation of the persons with restricted mobility will be checked in order to be able to enter (Site map (pdf , 187KB)Download Link).

 

People with restricted mobility can borrow wheelchairs at all entrances.

 

Persons with restricted mobility arriving by taxi should ask to be dropped off at the Tor Ost (East Gate) on Brüsseler Straße directly at the entrance (not at the roundabout). The Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (German Red Cross) will provide wheelchairs and rollators on site and will accompany the persons to the door of the vaccination centre if necessary.

Arrival for people over the age of 80

Persons from Frankfurt am Main aged 80 and older who are entitled to vaccination and whose health insurance does not cover the taxi costs to the vaccination centre can have four taxi vouchers sent to them.

 

You can request the vouchers at the “Rathaus für Senioren”.
The telephone number 069 - 212 450 65 is available from Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm.

 

If you cannot get through to the hotline, you can also send an email to senioren@stadt-frankfurt.deInternal Link. Please include your name, date of birth, address, vaccination date and telephone number. You will be called back. Please note that the taxi vouchers are a voluntary service provided by the City of Frankfurt to its citizens.
