Are there special regulations for my entry when I want to stay at a hotel in Frankfurt?

If you arrive from a risk area you must not stay at a hotel, hostel or something similar. But there are exceptions as well: this rule doesn’t apply if you have a negative PCR test PLUS a medicial certificate which states that you don’t have a SARS-CoV-2 infection.

If your stay is absolutely necessary for medical or business reasons and can’t be postponed that would be an exception too. Any other good reason (for example visiting close family) would also apply as an exception.
